My love for baking began at a very young age. As far back as I can remember, the weekend before Thanksgiving, my mother and I would begin a baking marathon that lasted through Christmas, making cookies and breads from scratch to give out as gifts. When I was old enough, I began taking classes to apply technique to the recipes I'd been taught at home.  In 2011, I graduated from the Professional Pastry Program at The New School and as a professional baker, I'm constantly striving to create goodies that bring me back to my mother's kitchen where the first bite, fresh out of the oven, was so good you couldn't help but smile.  When I opened Crumbles, I knew I wanted TASTE to be the first priority.  That's why all of our items at Crumbles are homemade from scratch, using the best ingredients we can get our hands on, from Madagascar Vanilla Beans to Valrhona Cocoa. We want every bite of our desserts to bring a smile to your face because we believe life should be devoured, right down to the last CRUMBLE!
